WARRANTY POLICY

We have a remarkably simple and clear warranty policy on our parts and products. Here is a breakdown of our warranty policy for different products we offer:
- Parts
All the parts that we install , with the exception of batteries and charge ports come with a lifetime limited warranty. This gives our clients peace of mind that when they are buying our services, they can rest assured that if there are any issues that occur with the part in the future, they can return to us for a repair or replacement. The only condition that may make the part not eligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.
- Batteries
All our batteries come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. You can return the battery to us within the one year period for a replacement.

Our conditions for a warranty claim are as follows:

• Your warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover defects arising from damage or normal wear-and-tear or aging.

• The warranty covers issues such as: camera defects, unresponsive touchscreen, dead pixels, etc.

• The warranty does not cover issues like: diminishing battery life, scratches, accidental damages, coverage issues, or software incompatibility/problems with 3rd-party apps.

• Attempting to 'root' or otherwise 'mod' your phone will void any warranty.

•   Visible physical damage to your phone (e.g. liquid damage, cracked LCD, damaged housing) or physically damaged charge ports will void its warranty.
